Olivet Cemetery

Just as individual human ties do not unravel at death, neither do those which bind the community of believers.

The community of believers remains together beyond death and collectively awaits the Lord's return in glory. Nothing more visibly demonstrates the community's continuation through its hope and faith than a Catholic cemetery.

While we have three Catholic parishes in Cheyenne, each having a community identity, we also have a wider Catholic community because those four unique communities share one faith, one baptism, one hope of glory. The Catholic cemetery endures as a faithful witness to our belief that both individuals and the community will be revitalized by the very life of the Risen Lord.

If you are interested in purchasing space(s) at Olivet or would like help or more information, contact the Parish Office at 635-9261.

If you have made or will make pre-need arrangements through Schrader's or Wiederspahn's or another mortuary, they will help you select a burial space at Olivet. The cost of the space is $275. Perpetual care is $80 for a total cost of $355.00.

The purpose of a Catholic parish is to form a true community of believers, assembled for a common mission, instructed by the Word of God, especially the Gospel, formed by faithfully remembering the Death of the Lord and nourished from the One Bread and one Cup of the Risen Lord.
